The festive season is officially here, and we want to make sure you’re fully in the know when it comes to ordering over the holidays.
Christmas is one of our busiest times of year, so a little forward planning can go a long way in making sure everything arrives exactly when you want it to.
If you’re hoping to receive your Electric Love treats before Christmas, please make sure your order is placed before 11am on Friday 19th December. Orders placed before this cut-off date will be dispatched in time for pre-Christmas delivery.
Any orders placed after 11am on Friday 19th December will still be processed, but we can’t guarantee they’ll arrive before Christmas Day.
Like many small businesses, our team will be taking a short break over the Christmas period to rest, recharge, and spend time with loved ones. This means there may be a temporary slowdown in order fulfilment around the festive dates, and some orders may take a little longer than usual to be dispatched.
We’ll still be working hard behind the scenes, but delivery times may be slightly extended due to reduced staffing and increased courier demand. We promise we’ll get everything on its way as quickly as possible.
With couriers under pressure and festive demand at its peak, we strongly recommend placing your order as early as possible to avoid delays.
