Additional Delivery Options From Our Courier
We partner with a leading UK courier service renowned for their reliability and customer-centric approach. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive timely notifications via email or text message, providing you with a one-hour delivery window so you know exactly when to expect your parcel. If the proposed time isn’t convenient, you have the flexibility to:
- Reschedule Your Delivery Date - Choose a more suitable day for delivery.
- Change Your Delivery Address - Redirect your parcel to a different address.
- Arrange Delivery To A Neighbour - Nominate a trusted neighbour to receive your parcel.
- Select A Safe Place - Specify a secure location at your property for the parcel to be left.
These options ensure that you have control over your delivery, making the process as convenient as possible.
Order Timing
We don’t currently have a guaranteed daily cut-off time for dispatch, but for the best chance of receiving your order as quickly as possible, we recommend placing it before 3pm Monday to Friday.
Orders placed after this time, or over the weekend or bank holidays, will be processed on the next working day.

Double-Check Your Delivery Details
Please ensure that your delivery address and contact information are correct at the time of placing your order. We are not liable for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete details provided by the customer.
This includes errors such as the wrong address, postcode, recipient name, or phone number. Unfortunately, if a parcel goes missing due to inaccurate delivery information, we will not be able to issue a refund or replacement.

Parcel Forwarding Services
Please note that Electric Love is not responsible for any loss, damage, or missing items for orders delivered to parcel forwarding services or third-party handlers.
If you choose to use a parcel forwarding company, you do so at your own risk. Once your order has been delivered and signed for at the address provided, our responsibility for the parcel ends.
We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for orders where we reasonably believe the goods were delivered to a forwarding service and were subsequently lost, damaged, or tampered with.
