Please carefully read the returns and refunds policy for products which are sold and shipped direct from Electric Love:
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not completely happy with your item, we’re here to help. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items.
To be eligible for a return:
We accept returns for the following reasons:
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Once the item is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 2 business days.
Original shipping fees may be non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items are strictly non-returnable. These include:
Lingerie (including bodysuits, bodystockings, boddies, teddies, knickers, and any other item worn close to intimate areas)
Undergarments
Perishable goods
Personalised items
These exclusions apply regardless of whether the item has been opened or tried on.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Some products on our website are fulfilled directly by our supplier. These items are subject to a separate returns process with the following conditions:
Must be returned within 14 days of delivery
Must be unused and in original, sealed packaging (including shrink wrap and hygiene seals)
A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund
You will be responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or sent in error
If the item has been opened or does not meet the above conditions, it will not be accepted for return
Faulty items are eligible for return or exchange within 12 months of purchase
If the product is found not to be faulty upon inspection, it will be treated as an unwanted item and returned at your cost
Please contact our customer service team before returning any item so we can advise on the correct process
If an item is returned to the supplier as undelivered, you may request a refund (minus shipping costs) or choose to pay for re-delivery.
Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non‑refundable and non‑exchangeable.
