For the best chance of receiving your order as quickly as possible, we recommend placing it before 1:30pm Monday to Friday, whether this is direct from us or from our suppliers.

Orders placed after this time, or over the weekend or bank holidays, will be processed on the next working day. We’re always working to get your items out to you swiftly, and we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

Double-Check Your Delivery Details

Please ensure that your delivery address and contact information are correct at the time of placing your order. We are not liable for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete details provided by the customer.

If you choose to use a parcel forwarding company, you do so at your own risk. Once your order has been delivered and signed for at the address provided, our responsibility for the parcel ends.

We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for orders where we reasonably believe the goods were delivered to a forwarding service and were subsequently lost, damaged, or tampered with.
